NaslySoul Refund & Returns Policy
At NaslySoul, we take pride in offering natural oils that nourish, strengthen, and promote healthy hair. All our products are 100% chemical-free and safe for daily use. Your satisfaction is important to us, and our refund and returns policy is designed to be simple and fair.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or fresh ingredients)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Certain personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Products with visible signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, or other media
- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to NaslySoul
- Items returned after 30 days
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank if the refund is still not received.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email us at natslysoul@gmail.com or contact us.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
- If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
